How to setup your device to use mobility printing

Set up printing on a Windows device
Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Microsoft Windows 7+.
- Click this link to download and run the Mobility Print installer.
If you have Windows 10 S (Student) you will not be able to install anything not from the Windows store. You will need to see the I.T. Dept for help with changing windows to allow installation. - You'll be prompted to select the printers you want to use, and to enter your school username (not your email) and password.

When it's time to print, just print like you normally do. Be sure to use a printer you selected when you installed
the Mobility Printing software.
Note!

- Apple Macbook

Set up printing on a Apple Mac device
Device requirements: Mobility Print supports macOS Yosemite+.
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
- Click the icon under the Printers List.
The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network. - Select a printer. The Name, Location, and Use is displayed.
- Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
- If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed:
- Close the Add dialog.
- Disconnect from the network, then reconnect to it again.
- Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you can't, contact your System Administrator.
- Click Add.
- Print your document. When prompted, remove your Macbook username and replace with your school username (not your email) and password.
Important things to note!
- If you're not sure how to print from your application, take a look at Print from your Mac.
- If you enter the wrong (school) login details, MacBook devices do not show any warning message; your job just will not print.
- If your job doesn’t print, check the Print Queue dialog. If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the icon; then re-enter your login details.
- Need to assign an account to your print job? You can do that at the printer or via the User Client.
- iOS (iPhone / iPad)

Set up printing on a Apple iPhone or iPad
Device requirements: Mobility Print supports iOS 9.2+.
Mobility Print works just like AirPrint—print your content as you normally would!
You'll be prompted to enter your school username (not your email) and password.Tips!

- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to your organization’s network!

Set up printing on a Android device
Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Android 4.4+. Supported devices includes Android phones and tablets from Google, Samsung, HTC, Lenovo, LG, Sony, Huawei among others.
- Make sure your Android is connected to your organization’s WiFi.
- Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the app.
- Tap Android settings.
- Tap Mobility Print.
- Tap the enable toggle.
- Exit out of Settings.
- Print your document. When prompted, enter your school username (not your email) and password.
The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app.
When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon
If you select the Remember me check box, your phone will remember your login details for that printer for 30 days.Note!

- Chrome OS (Chromebook)

Set up printing on a Chromebook device
Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Chrome OS with Chrome version 43+ for Chrome apps and version 53+ for Android apps.
- Make sure the client is connected to your organization’s network.
- Install the Mobility Print Chrome app
- If you want to print from Android applications such as Microsoft Word:
- Enable Google Play store as a user or as an Administrator.
- Install the Mobility Print Android app from the Google Play Store.
- Click Open.
- Click Android settings.
- Click Mobility Print.
- Click the enable toggle.
- Open the page to print.
The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon
- Print the content/document. For example, to print from Microsoft Word, press Ctrl+P, select a printer; then click Print.
- When prompted, enter your school username (not your email) and password.
Notes!

Android apps are available only on supported devices. To see if your Chromebook supports Android app printing, see Chrome OS Systems Supporting Android Apps.
- Your Chromebook must run Chrome OS version 53+.
- If you are unsure whether or not your apps are Android apps:
- Open the Play Store app.
- Click the menu; then select My Apps and Games.
- Click the Installed tab. A list of the Android apps installed on your Chromebook is displayed.
